No Refund Policy

All purchases made for Emesh packages, digital services, or subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been completed.
This is because our team begins the customization, content creation, and setup process immediately upon confirmation of payment.

Service Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that you receive the full value of the Emesh package purchased.
Our team will provide all the deliverables as stated in your selected package (including design, content writing, and setup) within the agreed project timeline.

Modifications and Revisions

Should you require changes or revisions to your Emesh content or design, we will accommodate them within the revision terms stated in your package.
However, such revisions do not constitute a basis for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in the event of a duplicate payment or billing error caused by our system.
